With the Pandemic taking a very heavy toll, the luxury living category lost its relevance and priorities lay elsewhere for the audience. Reaching and engaging HNW’s was the key challenge faced by Sapphire Residencies.
Using the Wolf’s Eye tools and data driven insights, we developed a video driven platform which illustrated every facet of the apartment whilst providing the user a unique immersive experience., we created a site architecture and a CMS strategy that made information readily accessible to every kind of visitor. We recrafted the content keeping the language simple and the tone of voice positive. We reimagined user navigation and brought the portfolio of products & services to the forefront. This helped visitors find what they were looking for.
Since launch the site has generated 1.2 million visits and 43% increase in appointment bookings.
